NonSurgical Treatmnt 4 Focal Adenomyosis
Hi I am 33yr old i have 2 children. I have been having heavy periods and lite bleeding between periods for 3–4 days for the past 8 months. I did a Pap smear, which showed AGC-US, and my ultrasound report showed focal adenomyosis and PCOD. The doctor has advised me to go for a colposcopy for further evaluation of the Pap report. Can adenomyosis be controlled to prevent it from getting worse? Also, is there any effective non-surgical treatment for adenomyosis other than birth control pills? Please suggest.
