Respected doctors when ever i take goat meat at night morning stool not pass properly is non vegetarian food take time to digest as vegetarian food when ever i take its pass easily

Non veg food doesn't have fibres in it as compared to veg food U need laxatives for the constipation

you ll need stool softeners whn you consume non veg food..its normal as our metabolism are different for everyone
