Non alcoholic Fatty liver diet related
My LFT and KFT is normal. But Ultrasound showed Fat infiltration in the Liver and I was advised to exercise and follow healthy lifestyle. I had started working out at home for 1.5 hours daily. Is it safe I take whey protein 30gms per day. My LDL is 143. Im on Thyronorm 50 for hypothyroidism as well. I recovered from covid infection in December 2020. Please suggest
