Nodule kind of thing on the sole

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I have a small bump measuring around 1*1cm on the sole of my foot.i have been noticing it since 2 months.its consistency keeps on changing from solid to pulpy.it is tender on pressure. surgeon in my hospital had advised for its removal .is their any conservative treatment for that.
