No yolk sac and fatal pole
I have pcod with irregular menstrual structure, at 6weeks(44days) i found gestational sac of 8mm with good structure in uterus but no yolk salk and fatal pole, i had a little spotting doctor gave me duphaston 10mg, and told to come after 10days. Is it normal, after 10days may i get fatal pole n heartbeat. Please suggest.

Because of pcod u having irregular periods so the gestational of pregnancy as per yr last period date may not correspond with the gestational age as per the sonography. So u can continue the medication as advised by your doctor and repeat the sonography Don't worryy dear Take care Stay safe 🙏
