No withdrwal bleeding after ipill

Asked for Female, 20 Years

Im 20 years girl.We didnt have sex but he fingered me u had doubt if there was sperm in his finger so took ipill within 48 hours.Its alrdy one day and im not getting withdrwal bleeding.There is just a little dizzeness and lower abdominal pain.I have upcoming period after 12 days.No withdrwal bleeding means pregnancy or not??
