Hello sir. It would be better to get the baby checked. As the milk teeth should have appeared by now. You can visit a dentist near by or a pedodontist. This can be due to multiple reasons and may need few x-rays and dental follow up. Hope this helped

Hello Firstly  plan your pediatric dental visit for oral examination  followed by xray to know eruption sequence. We advice dental visit  for your child as soon as first teeth erupt in mouth or on baby 1st birthday. Delayed eruption  is common these days among children but every child development  is different we just need to have examination with pediatric dentist for all stages of primary(baby teeth) so to avoid any problem ...As every teeth in baby mouth is having certain  age to erupt..something delay bit is ok but anything beyond is not good ..watch for 2 months if not erupted get an appointment with dentist
Next Steps
wait for baby to turn 1 year 6 month still no eruption then get xray or opg done.
Health Tips
watch for eruption bulge on upper  front arch .. bit bulging over place where teeth has to be erupt indicates sooner it will come out..Nothing to worry it happens sometime .

There is nothing to worry about every child growth. And development of teeth is slightly different some children it takes longer.if after the age of 2 the teeth does not erupt then we can take a full mouth X-ray OPG and see the progress of growth. And development My daughter got her first tooth at 1 year and 4 months and subsequently got all her teeth in the corresponding time so don’t worry
