No symptoms at 9week pregnancy

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Doctor, am 9week and 1 day pregnant through ivf entire previous weeks I had cramps and spotting in 7week ultrasound my baby was fine, but 8th week itself no cramps bleeding and not feeling pregnant at all my belly also no enlargement it's normal or I got any missed abortion
