No stamina in my legs
I am 55 years old. I have undergone hysterectomy 6 years ago and after my operation i lost stamina in my legs. I have been going to gym regularly since one year but i cannot run even a small distance due to lack of stamina in my legs. I feel very frustrated with this problem. I want to dance but no stamina in my legs. Please suggest me what should i do.
