No sperm production
Doc, around 7 months back I have got operated for L4 L5 disc surgery. Their was retention in my urination and doctor had put me on catheter for around 1 month. After 1 month urination was proper but I had sever lower back pain and leg pain and their was no sensation in my legs and genital organs. I took physiotherapy treatment for 2 times, now I can walk quite better. But sever concern is since from operation I'm not getting sperm at all, their is little bit of seimen comes but no sperm. I'm still young and unmarried. Do I get after marriage problems. Please suggest me with something. Is their any treatment for this.
