  4. No sign of cardic movement. Pregnant?

I am 7 week pregnant. My USG ultrasound shows no cardic movement in the fetus.but i am not having any sign of miscarriage.am i still pregnant?

You should wait fora week. Get your ultrasound lower abdomen .gestation sac size and foetal cardiac activity  will  confirm the diagnosis.
