Hi there, Do not worry at present. If urine pregnancy test at home has come positive then you are pregnant. Sometimes in early pregnancy you are not able to see anything in ultrasound. Beta HCG is sure test for pregnancy. It will tell you the exact thing. One unfortunate problem arises sometimes when pregnancy occurs outside uterus . That's not normal.. As ultrasound says uterus is empty then we should see for beta HCG and follow with ultrasound to rule out ectopic pregnancy.
