No proper bowel movement
I have undergone diagnosis for K/c/o CA Rectum distal 1/3 underwent LAR on 22-Jul-2016. Later on 26-Oct-2016 an diagnosis for closure of CA Rectum S/P LAR with ileostomy was done. After the completion of the diagnosis facing an problem in bowel movement as it is not regular. Please suggest and do needful.

Hello there..... I can understand your concern..... Eat at regular times. Don't skip meals, and try to eat about the same time each day to help regulate bowel function. If you have diarrhea, you may find that eating small, frequent meals makes you feel better. But if you're constipated, eating larger amounts of high-fiber foods may help move food through your intestines.
