No pregnancy symptoms in early pregnancy

Hello doctor, My sister is 2 week pregnant she has done home pregnancy test with the help of prega news ... And result comes positive. Then again on same day she checked in laboratory and dod ne upt pregnancy test by serology method and again she comes positive. Still doctor told her to do sonography in next week... Could you please tell me why doctor told such thing??? Also she didn't find any pregnancy symptoms. She told us that she is completely normal... Is she really pregnant or any other problem is their? M very much worried ..plz help me

As urine and blood tests are positive she is pregnant. Symptoms need not be present in all women. Ultrasound is to check for location of pregnancy and development of heartbeat
