No periods yet want to avoid pregnancy

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I had my last periods on 10 th September and next periods is scheduled to be on 6/7th in AVG.of 28 days cycle but it is already 5days late but no sign of periods yet .pls help how to avoid pregnancy if it is.
