No periods is it pregnancy
I missed my periods on 30th November and had an unprotected sex on 2nd December. I have not got my periods yet and I did a pregnancy test at home last week and it was negative. Also while ovulating last month I got some light spotting for a day.. I have not yet got my periods and having some symptoms like fatigue , breast tenderness, urgency in urination, discomfort in back .. are there any chances of pregnancy or I have some other problem?

So, you are overdue by 20 days. Repeat urine pregnancy test today, if positive then you may need a ultrasound. If negative then need serum BHCG which is confirmatory and gives value as well. Irrespective of results please consult gynaecologist as you have some vague symptoms .
