No periods in last 4 month

Asked for Male, 22 Years

My girlfriend was pregnant she took some other medicen for abortion which couldn't help out..then we consult to a doctor who has given some medicen after that abortion has done..but form last 4 month she did not get her periods...and there is always some kind of pain which can't to torrerable..plzz help out..it important I beg. It's important
