Asked for Female, 25 Years

I have been having irregular periods for which i have been put on diana. I had unprotected sex in August although i was on dian. One week later i got my periods for a good 5-6 days. Didnt take dian in the month of sept. And didnt get my periods for sept. Took mephrate in oct for 7 days now. Today second day after mephrate have one blot of blood yet. could this be any sign of pregnancy.
