  4. No periods. Should i do to get periods.

I had UTI and was given Zenflox UTI . immediately after 3 days e cycle day 18 had vaginal bleeding for 4 to 5 days . today is 56th day no periods. was that early periods? and am not pregnant for sure. what should i do to get periods .
