Thank you for your question. You need to see your Gynaecologist for guidance regarding postpartum contraception. If you don't have periods, are within 6 months of delivery and are breast feeding day and night your risk of pregnancy with a single episode if unprotected sex is low. However if you wish to be sexually active regularly you need something better. You need to do a pregnancy test 3 weeks from the last date of unprotected sex.
