Hey,
I have a friend, she's 20. She had an irregular cycle for the past 3 cycles 18 days, 26 days, 33 days and 40 days + cycles before that (max 44 days)
One day after her period ended in the last cycle she had unprotected sex but no ejaculation. And a few days later attempted but didn't have sex, though there was contact between genitals. She is on day 46 of her cycle and still hasn't gotten her period even though she has been getting period like cramps
Also, she gets some nipple secretion when pressed and recently they were a little sore as it before period
She has taken 3 different HPTs at different intervals but all were negative
Could she be pregnant or is it PCOD or something else

She should undergo blood hct test for confirmation. If negative she should check for her thyroid and prolactin with ultrasound to rule out abnormalities
