Take urine pregnancy test after 1 week and if it’s negative, can take withdrawal pills or you can wait for another week. If this is the first time you have delayed periods, make menstrual calendar for 6 months and then consult. Meanwhile Go for lifestyle modifications and include aerobic exercises. If there is history of prolonged cycles, you need to consult

Sometimes cycles are irregular because of stress, anxiety. Since you had unprotected sex on 31, chances of conception are rare. You can get B HCG blood test done for confirmation of pregnancy and can wait for 4-5 days for your menses, if still doesn't come I can prescribe medicine for the same.
Next Steps
Blood test- B HCG
Health Tips
Next time please use protection or start some contraceptive pill.
