  4. No periods. The sides. please guide me!

No periods
Hello . I had undergone D n C on 30th December. It was detected to be 5 weeks pregnancy. After that i bleeded light for 4 days . Periods wer expected to come on 30th jan but still I didn't get my periods. The procedure was successful as guided by a professional doctor. I'm having cramps from 2-3 days . And today it's severe in the lower abdomen Both the sides. Please guide me
