No periods from last 3months

Asked for Female, 20 Years

Hi ! My name is Harshdeep Kaur . Im 20 years old and My last period came on 10th of April 2018 and till now i didnt got periods. I never had unsafe sex only safe sex i had Once in april and once in May and 3rd time on 4th of July nearby. and also I have done UPT twice but received Negative results. Any help i can seek from you?

Do a beta HCG blood test to rule out pregnancy first ..after that consult a gynaecologist near you for clinical examination and for the management to rule out other causes of delayed periods.
