My wife periods not came from last six month after very first shot of depo Provera injection so we should worry about it or  it's normal? And how long we should wait before consulting any gynecologist?

It is normal with depoprovera.If you don't want pregnancy then 2nd dose you should take at the interval of 3months.Now 6month over do pregnancy test and contact to gynaecologist.
