No periods. Feeling of UTI

Asked for Female, 21 Years

It's been 15 days since my calculated date of periods and they have not happened. Also suddenly since last night I felt some mild irritation but since today morning the feeling of urinary tract infection seems to be back. It hurts. Please help. Urgently.
