I have 7 months old baby and till now I didn't get back my period yet but last night lots of water discharge along with lower pain and back pain also weakness may I know the reason?

It may be  premenstrual that is your periods r due.  Or it may be because of your infection . N also should check pregnancy test  as pregnancy can occur even when periods are not coming .
