No period symptoms to.my wife

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Hi. My wife was on Progynova 2 MG medicine for 21 days. She has missed her cycles from last 2 months & doc has advised her to take this medicine & meprate for 10 days. Her 21 days cycle is over & still she is not getting her periods... Can you please suggest some way out? Thanks
