No Period for 5 months

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I have not had my period in over 5 months. I took pregnancy tests, did a pelvic ultrasound as I was having lower abdomen pain on both sides and mainly on the left. The pain comes and goes sharply within 2 seconds but is occurring less now. I spoke to my GP and I was advised to take a contraceptive pill to regulate my cycle and I was on Yassmin for 1 month. I am now off the pill and I still havent had my period for months and have tender breasts, loss of appetite, and nausea
