No period for 2weeks preg-test negative

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Trying to conceive past 4months ...Im 14days late on period, negative blood preg test 5days after missed period with HCG 2.0, cramps and lower back ache and more white creamy discharge, I've been very regular with my cycle throughout life .. what is happening?? Am i pregnant?? Should I wait and test or something is wrong with me?
