I used duphaston and had my period. Its 38 days since I stopped bleeding. Why am I not having my next period?

First if you are sexually active, test urine for pregnancy. If  test negative,Check any weight gain, Thyroid funçtion tests,Serum Prolactin and Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis & consult with reports.
