No period after taking meprate. Period.

My last LMP date is 10/02/2020.i had unprotected sex on 12/02/2020.After bhcg test,it is found that I am pregnant.I took misoprostol (6 tablet twice a day) on 17/03/2020 prescribed by my doctor.After  13 days tvs was done, in tvs incomplete abortion present.Again my doctor prescribed me 10 tablet of misoprostol and methergine on 31/03/2020.my period didn't come until 13/04/2020, unfortunately I had protected sex on 14/04/2020 and condom broke up. I took meprate 10 mg for 5 days on 15/04/2020,after 6 days of taking  meprate i saw  brown discharge from vagina.my bhcg  is less than 0.1  on  26/04 2020.On 28th april I got some bleeding with abdominal pain it was not regular  type I couldn't  able to determine  is this a sign of implantation  bleeding  or period .
