No period after stopping birth control?

Hi, I am a 19 year old female. I started my period at 11 and started the birth control pill for acne/hormonal reasons at 14. I was on the pill from 14-19 (October 2017). I had a period soon after stopping the pill completely, then another period in late December, and that is it since then. Should I be concerned that I haven’t had a cycle for 2.5 months? Will my cycle eventually regulate after being on the pill for 5 years? I am not, nor have I ever been, sexually active. I am 5’5”, 150 lbs.
