No Nausea during pregnancy
Hi iam 2 plus months pregnant, had my 1st ultrasound 5 days back and baby heartbeat is 121bpm, is it fine? Also I don't feel nausea and vomit sensation at all till now? Is it normal?

In early pregnancy heart beat should be present. There is no such thing exist and you should not worry.
