Since many day i have been going to gym...after few days i managed to put a personal trainer but i found that my muscle on right side is not growing as left..like muscle imbalance in chest ....this is persisting from many day though i am doing right things...not only chest right biceps also has the same...when i touch my right biceps i feel like i am not stressing my right side but i do my workout in a balance way...i found like there is no muscle growth at my right... this is my problem doc!

It can be a normal phenomenon cause right side being dominant is used to heavy weights and exertion. Left hand exerts less comparatively so when u started ur gym the same weight caused more stimulus for ur left side as compared to ur right.
