No morning erection

Asked for Male, 31 Years

Hello Dr, From past 5 years I am not getting morning erection. However I was prescribed pregabalin 75 MG for back pain and I started getting morning erection when I stopped it after 7 days again morning erection is gone. Any reason why I am not getting morning erection and I get it by using pregabalin? Anything working with my hormones?
