No more bleeding

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Hey..I m 5weeks pregnant and I have taken mifty kit 2 days earlier as per its dosage but I have bleeded in night only for half an hour and after that no sign of bleeding is there and my stomach is just paining and I feel like vomating always...pls tell me whether I will bleed again or not...I have already taken its full dosage.
