Hello sir/maa'm, There is a black spot in my left ankle formed as I use to sit on the floor everyday. The exact area in the ankle is the skin that gets contacted to the floor while sitting. The diameter of the spot is around 10 mm. So, please help me suggesting any ointment or any home remedies.

Dear , dont worry Its pressure abression  fallowed by  dryness and skin discoloration So dont seat on bare floor ,,,keep smooth lader  for seating . Use moisturiser and sunscreen lotion Daily apply fresh alovera gel with mix of turmeric powder apply once a day . It takes time to get resolve months
