No increase in height
Hello, sir or mam My name is Rajit raina . My age is 20 years and 2 months . I m 5ft and 4 inch tall. And i think because of my parents genes my height not increasing . as my dad and mom too are of short strature. Can you please tell me any solution so that i can increase atleast 3-4 inches of height as it feels embarrasing to be of short strature.

The target height depends on paternal average height. Moreover growth stops once the bones get fused. It is not medically possible to increase height at this age.
