No hunger in second trimester
I am 20 weeks 3 days pregnant and there is no appetite. I do not feel hungry at all. I have to literally push myself to eat. Is it normal? I am not feeling dizzy and weak though.

Yes, reduced appetite can be normal at this stage of pregnancy, especially if there is no weakness, dizziness, vomiting, or weight loss. Try small, frequent meals, light foods, fruits, nuts, milk/curd, and adequate fluids. Continue your prenatal supplements. If appetite stays poor, you start losing weight, have vomiting, acidity, or reduced fetal movements later, consult your obstetrician.
