No heartbeat of fetus

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I am 6weeks 3 days pregnant (my second pregnancy)and the USG has shown no sign of heartbeat of the foetus. I am obese. So is there any way that I can check if the babies heartbeat is fine or not. Thanks in advance. Please reply.
