No FHR in week 9 and low sac
At 7 weeks I had a vaginal ultrasound and it showed FHR of 101 and low sac. Doctor prescribed some medicines and yesterday I went for another scan which suggested no heart rate for fetus. Doc advised for medicinal abortion. I want to confirm if this is only way or if there can be some hope.

You may wait for a week ,get a repeat dopplers done and go for medical abortion if still there is no heart beat .
