No fetal poles and heartbeats till 7m

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I am 7 week5 days; pregnent.In my first ultrasound no fetal poles and heartbeat are found.Doc has asked me to go for another u/s after 1 week.Are there any chances of seeing fetal poles and heartbeat.I always had irregular periods with one week delay.My first day of last period date was 20 dec'2017.According to this what is my current pregnency week going on.

Yes your doctor is right usually it takes 6 weeks to come heart beat and fetal pole but in some cases there can be delay .. so u should wait for 15 days and go for another USG and if bleeding occurs in between it can abort itself but at this stage u should wait until 15 days and if fetal pole forms yr pregnancy vl continue
