No fetal pole seen
My LMP is on 18th October2023. On 28th November, 1st ultrasound- Gestational age 5 weeks, size: 0.5cm . No fetal pole, no yolk sac On 6th December, 2nd utrasound- gestationa sac size 0.65cm, no fetal pole, no yolk sac On 13th December, 3rd ultrasound- gestation sac size 8mm. No fetal pole, no yolk sac. How long can I wait for fetal pole with this pregnancy?or should I terminate this pregnancy? Please suggest

As per the 28 November ultrasound where the pregnancy was 5 weeks on 13th of December You should have been 7 weeks and one day at 7 weeks the heartbeat should be seen this is missed abortion you need to proceed with termination of pregnancy definitely
