No Feotal Pole @ 6.5 week IVF pregnancy
Hello, I took my transfer on 7th September and the test came back positive on 22nd. I am on Progesterone . On 21st morning my HCG was 1788. On 28th there was very light spotting and thus my gynaecologist prescribed a usg. In the USG (trans abdominal ) it's written Uterus is gravid. A well defined gestational sac is seen inside. Inside sac, yolk sac is seen. Foetal pole is not yet seen. Decidual reaction appears normal. Small subchorionic bleed measuring 1.05 cm x 0.50 cm is seen in the anterior aspect of gestational sac. Gestational Sac = 1.55 cm (= 06 weeks 03 days). Yolk Sac measures = 2.6 mm Maternal Cervis length measures 2.72 cm. I am very stressed since there is no foetal pole isn't seen. Please let me know whether it can be a viable pregnancy? Attaching my usg report with this
