  4. No egg growth. Can u someone suggest me?

Helo hi last month I faced right 4.5 ovarian simple cyst because of follicles not ruptured I went for treatment to shrink so doctor given dydroprogestron 10mg for 10 days I took and proluton injection 500mg twice but no use of cyst shrinken then doctor changed medication regestrone 10mg after taken this tablet my periods came back after 7 days I faced bleeding is very lighter than usual so this month I gone to follicular study doc given inj and letroz tab but my follicle not grown I dono this is first time facing like this my follicles every month grown well only this month no follicle can u someone suggest me
