No Diagnosis since 4 months. Please Help

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I am 27 years old. I had unprotected oral sex with a call girl(5 months back) but protected sex one evening. Post which there is a sharp needle like pain in my penis. My testicles and scrotum pains a lot. There is severe headache at the back side. I constantly feel weak and throbbing all over my body. My joints and back pains sometimes. My fingers also pain off late. I did complete STD test thrice in every month eachtime. All three times negative. Still not able to diagnose my exact problem.
