No bleeding sign

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Hi Doctor, we are newly married, and its been a month my wife is pregnant as per pregnancy test. As per doctor suggestions we took MTP kit because we don't want a baby. After taking misoprostol it is almost 24 hours and above she has no sign of bleeding yet there was some white creamy liquid came out. We are still waiting for the bleeding to complete the abortion, though after taking misoprostol she felt headache, cramp, vomiting, fatigue. What care and step should we take now?

As per MTP kit ; first tablet is mifeproston. You may not get bleeding for 48 hrs after first tablet. Regardless of bleeding; second dose is after 48 hrs. Which is misoprostol. If you have no bleeding even after 24 hrs of 2 nd dose ; then you should consult your gynecologist for next step.
