No bleeding after misoproatal

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I m 27 yrs old . Last period on 10th April . On 21 April I took unwanted 72 . After that I got brown bleeding two tyms from 26 to 29 April and 18 to 23rd may .. my pregnancy test at home comes negative two tyms . I went to gynae she suggested sonography . Report shows rpoc in cervix . She give 2 misoprostal 200 mg . I took it one vaginally at bedtime and other at under my tongue in morning. After first tablet there were extreme cramps whole night and a few drops of vry thick blood. Is it ok?
