  4. No abdominal pain. Is incomplete?

I was 45 days pregenent and took abortion pill after taking the pill started to bleedo after 1 hr and it continues upto 2 weeks then the bleeding stopped again the third week it started to bleed but no any abdominal pain Is that abortion process is incomplete
